A Home Performance ENERGY STAR® Audit is a comprehensive, whole house assessment of the overall energy efficiency, comfort and indoor air quality of the home. The standardized home energy audit is designed to help you learn how to lower your energy consumption and improve your home's performance by providing unbiased, expert guidance from our nationally certified home energy auditors.

The
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Audit is a standardized audit that
provides a whole house or business assessment of the overall energy
efficiency, comfort and indoor air quality. Our Nationally Certified
auditors will perform a HVAC duct inspection, attic inspection, thermal
imaging, lighting analysis, and a hot water tank and pool pump inspection.
These testing techniques will check for air leakage and air barrier issues,
look for gaps in insulation, and identify the causes for high energy bills,
indoor air comfort and indoor air quality issues.
Step 2: Review Home Energy Audit Report and Recommendations
Identify areas of concern and prioritize which upgrades will drive the greatest savings and comfort!
After fully assessing your home, your advisor will provide options and costs for a customized solution or energy road map, as well as predicted energy savings and guarantees.
